Where do you ship to?

At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom. As Watch‑Boxed grows, we plan to expand shipping to international destinations in the future.

How quickly are orders dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within one working day. We aim to get your order packed and sent as quickly as possible so you can start using it straight away.

Who delivers my order?

All orders are fulfilled by Yodel, who we’ve chosen for their reliability and good value. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer simple, affordable delivery options:

  • £1.99 – Standard UK delivery
  • FREE delivery on orders over £50
  • £3.99 – Express delivery

All options are shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14‑day return window. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be returned in their original box and packaging

Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged, in which case we’ll of course put things right.

How do I start a return or refund?

Product & Fit

Will your watch cases fit my watch?

Yes. Our cases are designed to fit all standard watch sizes, including larger watches up to 45mm.

To give you complete confidence — the founder personally owns a 45mm Omega Planet Ocean, and it fits perfectly.

Will the cases fit metal bracelets and straps?

Absolutely. Our cases comfortably accommodate:

  • Metal bracelets
  • Leather straps
  • Rubber straps

There’s no need to remove or adjust your bracelet before storing your watch.

 

Are your cases suitable for automatic watches?

Yes, our cases are perfectly suitable for automatic watches.

Please note: we do not sell watch winders. Our cases are designed for secure storage and protection, not for keeping watches wound.

What materials are your watch cases made from?

Our cases are crafted from high‑quality PU leather, chosen for its durability and premium feel.
Inside, they’re lined with a soft, suede‑like material to protect your watch from scratches and marks.
